Sudbury is ideal for families. The spacious detached 1920s single storey dwelling is in a prime residential position near the main Sandown seafront and shops, centrally located yet set back from the road. Sudbury accommodates up to 5 adults and 2 children/teenagers providing two adults are a couple who share the double bed. There is also space for babies' travel cots. Bedroom 1 has a double bed; bedroom 2 has twin single beds; bedroom 3 has one single bed; bedroom 4 has a set of sturdy bunk beds (for children or teenagers).

There is a large lounge, the dining room seats 8, and the long sunny garden is a safe place to play. The kitchen has a double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and lots of equipment. You can cook up a storm at home, get a take-away, or eat out with shops bars & restaurants just around the corner.

With Wi-fi, Freeview TV, DVD player, stereo, garden, on site parking, beach attractions, local shops, and nearby transport links to the rest of the Island, you have the perfect holiday home.
