“Fabulous location” Had a fabulous long weekend at the Piazza. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. Quality of crockery, bedding etc all very good. Some lovely touches throughout. Superb location with easy access to Eastbourne and surrounding area. Loved being by the water watching the boats and close to some good restaurants. Beds very comfortable. We have hired a lot of houses over the years and this certainly is one of the best we have stayed in.

“our month in Rye” We had a flood in our house so we stayed in this house while the work was completed. It took longer than expected nearly four weeks! A very comfortable house with everything provided,good wi-fi and c omputer connections.Ideally situated car parking for 3 cars and only a 5 min. walk into town. The beds were very comfortable, good quality linen and pillows. A nice welcome pack including wine! Anybody who wants to visit the lovely old town of Rye would be hard pressed to better this property.

“Amazing” We had such a lovely time staying in Brighton, the owner was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us! The house is only a walk away from the beach and the lanes. Will definitely be staying again!
