Delightful, clean, quiet cottage with off-street parking for two cars. The property is an annex to a larger Victorian house, with its own private entrance and a large garden.

It is a short walk to the city centre and internally has a modern bright feel.

More information

All on one level, the bright accommodation comprises a dining kitchen with table and seating for 4. Spacious lounge with wall mounted Smart flat screen TV with FreeSat, Amazon Prime and Netflix. Make use of the fibre broadband and WI-FI 40 mbps provided in the separate office area in the lounge.

There are two double bedrooms both with Victorian wooden shutters, a master en-suite shower room, and family bathroom with over bath shower. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble drier and ceiling pulley drier.

The modern kitchen benefits from a built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and Belfast sink.

The lounge with its 2 windows and door overlooks the private garden and has garden furniture and a BBQ set.

A cot and a high chair is available on request.

Additional storage space is also available in the garage on request.

Limegrove Cottage is conveniently located within Stirling, just 15 minutes’ walk from the railway station and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and all Stirling’s historic attractions. Stirling is within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh so you are perfectly situated to take advantage of all Scotland has to offer from this central location.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
