Located to the south side of the town centre in an attractive and quiet residential area, this charming bungalow is a great retreat for couples or a small family. There is a spacious and well-maintained private garden surrounding the house, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer's day and, when the weather will not permit outdoors relaxation, there is also a conservatory to the rear. The accommodation itself consists of two double bedrooms, one at the front of the house and one overlooking the garden with its own en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have ample storage in the form of built-in wardrobes and large chests of drawers. The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard so all the fixtures and fittings are in immaculate condition. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The main bathroom, accessed off the main hallway houses a bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

The two receptions are light and spacious. The living room is to the front of the house and has ample seating for 4 - a comfy 3-seater sofa and arm chair - with a feature fireplace giving the room a cosy feel. There is a TV in this room. The kitchen is to the rear of the property and has a door leading into the conservatory. It is modern and well-equipped with all mod-cons, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table with seating for 6 completes the room.

The shopping is fabulous with a number of independent boutiques as well as high street names. There are 2 glorious beaches and fabulous coastal walks. The historic town has a cathedral and castle both creating a stunning backdrop for some fabulous exploring and photography. An abundance of good eateries and cafes complete the picture of a perfect holiday destination.

There are many outdoor pursuits with all the watersports the beaches can offer, golf, tennis, walking, great cycling, surfing, horseriding to name but a few. There is something for everyone.
