- It offers a high standard of accommodation in an exceptional location. Originally two fisherman cottages it has been designed and styled with relaxation in mind. The large kicthen, modern cooking facilities and harbour view seating makes dining at home a pleasure.
- Fantastic restaurants, fresh locally caught fish, a short walk to all Rick Stiens venues, for a more active holiday golf, sailing, water-skiing on your doorstep.
The property is high off the ground on harbour side and children should be supervised at all times, especially if windows are open.

12 Strand Street is a large harbour front house, it offers a contemporary styled lounge with solid wood floors and a modern designer WHAM wood burner surrounded by LED mood lighting.
On the first floor the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a TV, and has unrivalled harbour views. There is a further large single bedroom and a twin room.
The first floor bathroom has a Grohe power shower and is designed with mosaic tiles and chrome fittings.
On the second floor the property boasts a Family room spanning the whole attic, themed in clapboard New England style walls and ceilings, brightly painted, fresh and light. it offers a king bed, single bed, and en-suite shower room.
There is also a football table, tv, video and selection of games creating the perfect haven for children or adults.

Please note that the windows on harbour side are high off the ground and small children should not be allowed near to the windows unsupervised.
Window locks are placed on some of the windows in the attic. Please do not remove these.

Cornwall is a food lovers paradise. In Padstow alone there are many gourmet resaturants to choose from. Rick Stiens Seafood is probably the most famous, but the award winning number 6 and several others compete to offer a high standard for the discerning diner.
For a change of scene take the ferry to Rock and experience a different taste on offer across the estuary at the acclaimed St.Enodoc hotel, returning home on the night taxi, a fun way to see Padstow by night.
A taxi ride away is the Michelin star winner Ripleys or Jamie Olivers at Watergate Bay.
A selection of fine fish is available at the Stiens Deli and the local shops.
For a more energetic holiday there is a range of watersports on offer at the Rock ski school or surf school at Harlyn Bay.
Just a short drive away are the golf courses at Trevose and St.Enedoc.
The Padstow / Padstow Harbour area
The beautiful fishing village of Padstow has retained it's character as an active fishing port. The stunning sunsets and the long sand beaches make Padstow the perfect retreat for a relaxing break away. Padstow is a haven for dining and simply soaking up the Cornish atmosphere.
The freshest fish and seafood is available from the quay daily. The Stiens Cookery school offers courses for adults and children throughout the year and special evenings.
Prideaux Place, an historic Elizabethan house set within it's own deer park offers afternoon tea in an idylic setting and music evenings throughout the summer.
There is so much to do you will wonder how to fit it all in.
The Camel Trail is a 22 mile cycle trail with a vineyard on route to stop and sample a selection of locally produced wine.
Padstow offers something for everybody from the most active holiday to complete relaxation.

Very comfortable and well equipped property in an ideal location. We really enjoyed our stay and if we did not need ground floor sleeping for elderly parents would have returned. The only down side is parking which could be challenging during the peak season. |

We turned up late and collected the keys as per instructions. The ordered a welcome pack of basic groceries becaue we new we would be late in arriving from Surrey.
