"Lovely Accommodation and Setting"

Well kept accommodation in a great setting. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and the little touches of dressing gowns and biscuits on arrival were really appreciated. Although the accommodation is in the grounds of the owner's house it is really quite private, with it's own outdoor seating and garden area which was especially nice in the rare UK heatwave! The road outside was quite busy but due to the enclosing walls and gates this didn't really bother us.
The accommodation had everything we could think of including a very well equipped kitchen, and the overall layout was perfectly sized for 2 people. We cooked in the property most evenings and found pretty much everything we needed to make some decent meals.
The location is ideal for either relaxing or exploring - a 5 minute walk over the golf course takes you to a scenic and quiet beach (we were lucky enough to see the seals one evening), and from here it's not far along to the harbour at Lower Largo. The nearby farm shop is very well stocked, and there are also some small shops in Lundin Links. Nearby Leven also has a large supermarket for general supplies.
A 30 minute drive will get you to most of the lovely fishing villages on the coast, and also up to St Andrews.
We would definitely return if we were to holiday in this location again.
