Sunnybraes is situated in the quiet picturesque village of Lundin Links in Fife, the Lodge is situated in the garden of the main house, and you have access to the fantastic views overlooking the famous Lundin Links Golf Course, the Fife Coastal Path and the Firth of Forth.
Coastal walks, cycling, fine dining, golfing, water-sports and boat trips, museums and historical buildings. Award winning beaches and the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk all help to make this a great area for a holiday or short break and Sunnybraes Lodge provides the ideal holiday base.

A spacious living room, flowing into dining area to seat 4 and then a fully fitted kitchen.

Entering the property via a shared driveway the Lodge has its own Private Parking area and Private Garden & patio.
The Living Area has French doors opening onto the private patio, where you can enjoy the beauty of a well maintained garden, & sit out at the bistro table enjoying a meal in the sunshine.

(All gas & electricity included in the tariff).
*White crisp cotton bed linen, big comfy towels and fluffy bathrobes are all supplied.
*Extra towels available if required.
*Laundry service available on request.
*Cleaning materials supplied (J Cloths,Fairy Liquid,Flash & Dishwasher Tablets)
*Small welcome pack supplied (Milk,Tea,Coffee,biscuits & sugar) also supplied are cooking oil, cling film & toilet rolls.
Conditions
Check in from 4.00pm, check out by 10.00am.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required within 2 weeks of the booking. The balance of 75% is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A security deposit of £100 is also required. This will be returned in full as long as the house has been left in the condition it was found.
We accept payment by sterling, pay pal or cheque.
The Fife region


From the majestic sights of Edinburgh to the banks of the mighty River Tay the central area of Scotland is steeped in history.
The Edinburgh Festival & The Royal Military Tattoo in August is a world class event not to be missed.
Visit Edinburgh Castle & the Royal Mile cross the Forth Bridges into the Kingdom of Fife & see Dunfermline Abbey & the great Palace of Falkland.
The area is most famous for St. Andrews, the home of golf and the fishing villages of the East Neuk.
The Largo area
Fife is known for it's diverse range of walking experiences from the 87 miles of the Coastal Path to the all encompassing magnificent scenery from the Lomond Hills Regional Park.
if you prefer to cycle there is the 105 mile Kingdom Cycle Route between the Forth & Tay road bridges or the 300 miles of signposted Cycle Ways for you to enjoy.
Fabulous sandy beaches, great for walking, bird watching or watersports.
Visit St.Andrews the home of golf & watch the Dunhill Cup or the Open, or play stunning golf courses around the whole of Fife. There are over 40 golf courses in the Kingdom of Fife, all within easy access of Largo and the heart of the Royal and Ancient game, St. Andrews, with its 8 courses is nearby.
The Pittenweem Arts Festival in August is a cultural highlight not to be missed.
