Welcome to our holiday house in Falmouth!

Enjoy the character of this property, surrounded by private gardens.

Situated a short stroll from the quayside, our townhouse offers tranquility and accessibility. Explore local delights with restaurants, shops, pubs, and art galleries along the waterfront. The house has gardens with a south-facing decking area and a BBQ for outdoor gatherings.

Ample parking for around 4cars

For beach lovers, a lane leads to Swanpool beach in 15mins or Gyllyngvase beach in 20mins, both safe and sandy beaches with great watersports.

Our accommodation accommodates up to 12 people in six stylish bedrooms. A ground floor family bathroom and double bedroom room cater to guests with mobility challenges.

The interior features a cozy lounge with a wood-burning stove, a spacious dining room seating 14 people with original stripped floorboards and a piano, and doors connecting to the upper decking and garden.

The house lends itself well to a larger group and is very popular with yacht crew.

The kitchen is well designed and equipped for a chef, with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and an additional dining table. Further freezer, larger fridges & storage beyond the kitchen if needed. The upper decking is perfect for al-fresco dining and BBQs. Please note steps from upper to lower decking may pose a challenge for young children or those with mobility issues. The wooden glass house provides a charming setting for alfresco dining on cooler evenings.

Bed linen is included in the rental price. Bath towels are included. Beach towels are not.. Please note there are no stair gates on stairs, there's an open wood burning stove so may not be suitable for toddlers.
