House | 2 bedrooms | sleeps 4
In my opinion this is the best location in Falmouth.
Only available during Summer months.
It is in an elevated position right in the heart of Falmouth town and enjoys some of the finest panoramic open views of the harbour, estuary and bay.
Ideal for two couples sharing as the layout of the property would allow couples to spend time together but also enjoy their own private space.
It is a victorian mid terraced town house on three levels. All principal rooms enjoy amazing views.
Lower ground floor - From the main front door you access a second private door taking you down to what was originally used as an artists studio, now converted and consists of of bedroom 2 , small kitchenette with table and chairs for two and shower room. Directly outside the bedroom is a private terrace with table and chairs. This terrace leads down to a second terrace shared with next door property where there is a barbecue.
Ground floor - Comprises of main kitchen with breakfast bar and living room. Stairs lead up to top floor.
Top floor - Bedroom 1, bathroom, balcony and if you can bear to tear yourself away from the view the landing area is used as den/dining area.
Not really suitable for small children due to steep stairs.
You do not require a car but if you have one there is off street residents permit holder parking included.
Smoking permitted only on the terrace and balcony. NOT in the house

"A chic little apartment with amazing views!"
We stayed here for a long weekend flying down from Edinburgh to Newquay. I was dreading the Cornish traffic but it was an easy hour door to door. On arriving at the apartment there was a thoughtful pint of milk in fridge and some Cornish biscuits, really nice gesture. The apartment itself is more of a townhouse with lots of lovely nooks and crannies filled with interesting things. My favourite being the old reclaimed cinema seats. Everything is well stocked and we never wanted for anything. An evening aperitif taken on the upstairs balcony was delightful. The only thing we didn't have to confidence in mastering was the parking. The locals seemed quite I impassioned about this and told us so on more than one occasion so we decided to park on the street above! Did not detract from a wonderful break however. Would thoroughly recommend here.
Thank you for your feedback and delighted you enjoyed your stay ay Falmouth View.
Very sorry you had parking issues. The parking bays have since ben marked out so no longer a problem. Its just a shame it wasn't done before your stay.
