“Amazing house with beautiful sea view” Spent 3 nights with friends at this lovely house. Really modern comfortable house with everything you need. The views are amazing. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Whitstable. Would definitely recommend.
“Beautiful cottage in fantastic location” We had a lovely few days staying at Breakwater Cottage. The cottage was very comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. It is also located just a stones throw from the lovely boutique shop of Harbour Street. Perfect for a short break or a longer let, and ideal for young children.
“Fantastic accomodation, fabulous views, wonderful location” We stayed here over the last weekend and had an amazing time. The house was so comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. Plus the location is not to be beaten. If you love the sea, you will adore this house. You can smell it, breathe it and taste it!
We will return, too good not to be shared.
“Great weekend away at The Bakehouse” Amazing little property that is tucked away. Convenient location.
Great value for money. Very comfortable and clean.
It is the perfect place for a weekend get away.
Thank you Virginia
“A WHITSTABLE GEM” I have just returned from my stay at this well kept and modern duplex apartment. It is situated a 5 minute walk from the Harbour and just a couple of minutes more to the center of town. I have to use a walking stick but found getting into town within my limits. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, good TV reception, beds comfortable and with nice quality linen and everything that you could need for a lovely time in Whitstable. I liked the idea that there were 2 double beds for myself and my grown up daughter. The best thing was that it came with it's own parking space because it is almost impossible find one elsewhere in Whitstable, you do need to probably walk everywhere, and make sure that if you are staying over a weekend book a restaurant for dinner. Could not believe how many people came into the town for meals. I would definitely stay here again, Angela was very easy to deal with, meeting us punctually with the keys etc., and has already returned my security deposit. This lovely apartment, in my eye's was at the right end of town, just a stones throw from the unusual little shop's, harbour and sea front. What more could you need for a short or long break. Situated in a residential area which was quiet even at night as I am a light sleeper.
“Golden Girls Break” We stayed at Tankerton House for a little break, a group of ladies needing a quiet, comfortable time near to the sea, this house ticked all the boxes! Lovely time was had by us all!!

Lovely house, parking nightmare!
Excellent location. Close to town and beach. House clean and tidy and well equipped. Parking is a big issue though resulting in us spending a lot of time driving around trying to find a parking spot. The nearest we could get was a 10 min walk away from the house. Not great when you come back with 4 tired worn out children!
A few minor improvements in the house equipment would make it even better e.g wardrobes or more shelving in bedrooms for clothing; 6 cereal bowls and some larger mugs for us dedicated tea drinkers.
The front door lock was a little tempramental causing us to have a hot sweat a few times when we thought we were locked out!
Good location for exploring the local area and beaches of Kent. …
Shell Ness Whitstable
Fantastic house !
We booked this house to celebrate a 70th birthday. We were able to have the family all under one roof - 6 adults and 4 children - everyone loved it! We had day visits from other family members who found the trip from London very quick both by train and road. The attention to detail was fantastic - can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided in this immaculate house. Loved the sea views from all the rooms. The children spent ages at the beach and when the weather wasn’t so kind there were plenty of games to play in the house. We enjoyed our wonderful weekend and look forward to returning next year sometime. …
Luxury Seaside Caravan in Beautiful Whitstable

Both the caravan and site are very clean. Facilities and staff on site were good and all in all it was the perfect base for us to catch up with family and have a short break. …
An elegant home from home
We had a wonderful week in the Whitstable. The location of the house is excellent as it is walking distance from the harbor and beach as well as the town centre. There is parking for up to three cars but once at the house you really don't need to use a car except for longer day trips. The house is wonderful. It is very spacious, decorated in an eclectic and elegant style and very well equipped. When we came back from a trip out it felt as if we were coming home.
Whitstable is a great little town to visit. The town centre is vibrant with lots of independent shops and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and on the sea front. There is a small supermarket (Sainsbury's) in the town and larger stores a short drive away. Canterbury is also not far and well worth a visit. …

Had a very enjoyable stay here. The house has pretty much everything you need and is comfortable (good mattresses) and cosy.
And its central location means so many of the town’s attractions are so close.
Would be hard to find a better option for a lovely weekend in Whitstable, whatever time of year.
And the owner, Claire, is very quick to respond to any queries ahead of your visit. …
