Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“A gorgeous holiday home making the perfect setting for our hen weekend.” We rented this house for my sisters hen party for all of our family and close friends. There was plenty of room for everyone and as we had a mixed age range we were able to split the rooms very nicely.
The Friday night we hosted an all American pool party and BBQ as it was 4th July. The heated outdoor pool is simply stunning and the area well lit in the evening. The giant Jacuzzi was an added bonus as this wasn't installed when we booked. Everything you need for a BBQ is available no need to bring utensils and cutlery as we did, just bring your food and coals.
On the Saturday after our morning water aerobics class we held a garden party with a fancy hat parade. It was the perfect location. In the evening we held games around the kitchen table which seats 18 so had plenty of room for us all. The lounge and conservatory and also great spaces to chill out.
Cardiff is really close by so you could take a trip into town for a night out, however we had so much fun at the house we really wouldn't want to.
I'm not sure the guide tells you how close this is to Cardiff or the M4. It's a real paradise within 2/3 minutes rive of the motorway (no noise) It's idyllic. My recommendations close by would be the Llanerch Vineyard, if unlike us you want your afternoon tea served for you, pop across for this, a wine tasting session or a cookery class, on a sunny day it's like being in the South of France.
The host was fab when checking in/out and couldn't do enough to help us. With a quick tour we quickly realised this house has everything, including the dryer for when our towels got soaked at the pool.
I would recommend this house time and time again for a large family or friends gathering. I really wish we could have stayed forever.
