“A very large house 100yrds from the beach.” We were a group of 7 friends having a short weekend break away. The house was perfect in that we had a bedroom each with plenty of toilets and bathrooms to go around. The location in Teignmouth is great (100yrds from the beach or harbour) and a 5 minute walk into town. The house itself was perfectly good. Our only negative comment was the comfort of the beds (some were a little tired and may need updating). The rest of the facilities were absolutely fine. If we ever travel back there again then we probably would not look elsewhere as this house has it all. Communication with the owner was a snitch too.

“Excellant Place to stay” we stayed at Yannons with Friends and thier children and so we had 4 kids ( 7 to 14) and we all loved the Accomodation It was very atmospheric and the kids loved staying in a Castle with its own winding staircase and battlements ( dont let the kids on the top unattended) The accomodation despite its age was very modern and in keeping with the property and it wasnt lacking any facility in anyway Short walk to town ( be aware its up a hill ) and the Town itself was very nice with good facilities...essence indian restraunt was very good Parking was very easy and Neighbours were nice and helpfull there is a lot of stairs but they arnt a problem but famillies with toddlers may struggle all in all highly recommend the area and Yannon Towers
