“Fantastic cottage” Stayed for 3 days and had such a brilliant time. The owner, Helen, is lovely and the cottage is idyllic with everything you need. We went for the Burning Lantern festival, which was awesome! Visited Cardiff Bay and the very pretty village of Llandaff itself. Can't wait to return! Thank you.

“Fantastic Cottage, one to try” We spent a fantastic week at Llanvithyn Cottage this August. Not only was the cottage beautiful but we had sunshine for our entire stay! The photos on the website do not do the cottage justice - this is the first time I've booked a property and been surprised at how much bigger than I expected it was. The kitchen/diner is enormous and very well equipped, by the end of the week we could quite happily have moved in. The cottage is clean and beautifully decorated - a really good conversion. My children loved their rooms particularly the attic bedroom. Jon, Sian and their children were very welcoming hosts and we definitely plan to return.

“Glorious in Gower!” We, (eight people) stayed at Crwys Farm from the 20th to the 28th Aug. 2016. The Old Barn was a home from home. It was very comfortable, extremely well equipped (the kitechen area had everything required for a fully self catering holiday) in a way that was clearly well thought out, and was laid out inside in a way that was on first sight spectacular. We have stayed over the years in a number of places, but this was one of the very few that we actually looked forward to going back to. There was only one issue that we encountered, and that was car parking had not been adequately organised, although this was a minor point as we found parking space directly adjacent to the property. With regard to its location, on only two days of our seven did we have to travel more than 30 minutes before we reached our destination for the day, and with the Gower Peninsula as it is, we could have spent the entire holiday and more not having to spend more than this on a daily basis in a car. Although we went at the height of the season, what we payed amounted to only about 28 pounds/night, so for a large family with a liking for the outdoors, the countryside and the coast, I can heartily recommend the Oak Barn.

“Superb experience.” We've spend a fantastic looong weekend in the capel (We equals 4 Belgian adults and 5 children, but the cottage offers plenty of space for the parents and the teens). The place was impeccable and at night it is very quiet. You can easily park 3 cars on the property. The large kitchen is well equipped: There is an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, a microwave… and a washing machine for those who plan to stay longer. Perfectly located to explore South Wales. There are plenty of maps and leaflets in the lounge. And if it is too much or if you should be short in imagination, I can absolutely recommend: Rhossili & Worms head, Mumbles pier, Swansea waterfront, Cardiff (bay), Penderyn Distillery, Big pit (underground tour). The owner was also very helpful in preparing our trip. Many many thanks !! J.
