“A welcome break in Scotland” We stayed in this delightful Croft in the midst of a three week tour of Scotland and what a find it is. We arrived to find the kitchen stove blazing away to make the whole place cozy and inviting. It is obvious that the Croft is a much loved family home and there is a wonderful collage of photos to show many happy times. We found everything we needed including many informative books of Scotland and guides to the walks and places to visit in the area, even binoculars to view the wildlife. Not that they were needed to see the Roe deer that came down to graze most evenings. We counted seven on one occasion within feet of the house. Wonderful.

“Stylish and stunning accommodation with beautiful views over the loch” This house exceeded our expectations and is even better than the photos. It is very thoughtfully laid out with everything you need supplied. The owners Chris and Da were very welcoming and helpful and our stay felt far too short!. It is perfect for visiting the beautiful west coast and we were treated to some of the best Scottish weather with fabulous blue skies. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and look forward to staying again.

“Lovely break” We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The house is beautiful. We were a group of 8 and there was more than enough room for us all. The bedrooms are lovely and the bed were very comfortable. All the bedrooms were en-suite. The living are was also beautiful and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was very cosy at night time with the log burner on. A really good location for Inverness and also Loch Lomond. We had a great time and will definitely return in the future. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely couple of day away.

“Fabulous house with something for everybody !” We spent a lovely weekend at the very impressive Mackenzie house ! Gail the owner was very helpful and welcoming ,there were lots of lovely touches including toiletries in the bathrooms, bottles of water and chocolates in our bedrooms, fruit and a beautiful hamper and even some essentials in the fridge ! This is a fabulous house with plenty to do , the hot tub and the bar were perfect for birthday celebrations and the cinema room was fantastic. We can highly recommend a stay at Mackenzie house and can't wait to visit again .

“Lovely, well-located, warm bungalow” This bungalow was right at the heart of the village of Nethybridge, looking onto the River Nethy. It was adjacent to the village shop on one side and the village hall on the other. Very convenient for a New Year's visit. It is also situated only metres from Abernethy forest which is wonderful for exploring. A great centre for outdoor activities. The bungalow was both clean and warm.

“A lovely warm and spacious home” Achnagonalin was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Very well equipped and spacious and only a few minutes by car to Grantown. The open fire in the living room with 3 big sofas were lovely for relaxing in the evening, as were the comfortable beds. The kids loved the labyrinth of stairs and hallways. We discovered a lovely wood fired pizza take away outlet just around the corner too ( open Weds- Sat in winter) Would definitely stay again..

“Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location” The cottage was beautiful. Very well equipped and very well maintained. We loved the log burner . Fort Augustus is a lovely small village with everything you need. Pubs, shops and even takeaways. You can cruise Loch Ness. It’s really well situated for going all around the highlands. It was our first time in Scotland and we’ll definitely be back and would stay at Kintore again.

“Fabulous!!!!!” Home from home!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Dalfaber House. It was so comfortable and very clean. We loved the huge living space upstairs and the children loved the games and x-box. Bedrooms were a great size and kitchen well equipped for self catering. It was just perfect and we will definitely be back.

“Fantastic house” This house is amazing. It is very well equipped and finished to a very high standard. Bathrooms and showers are first class. The house is extremely well insulated and is therefore very warm when you get back from a cold day out. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything that you need to cook whatever you fancy. The location is also first class with a lovely woodland walk right on your doorstep. A short walk into the main town as well. We would definitely recommend this house.

“wonderful wee place,where the silence at night is broken by the "Mooos" of deer in the hills...” Loved this place, neat tidy set out and beautiful location....no other house for 15 miles!...must explore areas are the Assynt area where fairytale castles do exist in haunting locations....dont come here and moan about the rain..weather changes within a 100 yard walk...you will exhaust your camera battery though...such amazing sights....this place i will return to...i already miss my days exploring here and home to sit outside and "wow" at the location....but dont make the mistake of following signs "to the Brochs" we did and ended up outside a house in Achiltibuie...we asked to see the Brochs and an English woman said we couldnt cos someone was in them!....The Brochs is a guest house!...you have to laugh!

“Ben View Stay” What a lovely area. The accommodation had everything we needed and acted as a good base for us to stay. There are lovely views from the back garden and plenty of things to see and do within a few miles around us. The owner of the property was helpful and polite and so was our neighbour.
