The Lookout is the upper level of the modern new extension to the left (as you look at it from the beach) of Parade House which was the original building. It is above The View which we also manage. The kitchen and living spaces, master bedroom suite and a shower room are on this level with the three further bedrooms upstairs positioned at the back of the original old house.

There are 4 luxury bedrooms in the Lookout all fitted out with crisp linen bedsheets and throws in the most up to date colour schemes. The spacious Master Bedroom with Super King size bed benefits from a luxury en-suite with stunning freestanding bath and shower, its own dressing area and 3 large windows. Upstairs there are 3 other bedrooms sleeping a further 6 people. One with queen size bed, one with a double and the other with two single zip n link beds that can be made into a super king bed (please advise your choice on the booking form as you book). The property can sleep 8. The Lookout has both balcony and private courtyard available depending on your mood. Both areas afford you great views of the sea and horizon, so the only problem will be choosing. The private courtyard comes complete with its own Hot Tub, table and chairs for alfresco dining.
There is off road parking for up to two cars (un-allocated). A third car parking space may be available upon request.
There is a refundable damage deposit of £500 and dogs are £25 per stay.
Wi-Fi Hot tub, Gas BBQ & all guests over 12 years will have the use of a robe and a hot tub towel. **Please note, you are very welcome to use the hot tub for the duration of your stay, however we restrict this use between the hours of 8am and 10.30pm for the consideration of our other guests and neighbours. (Any guests found to be using the hot tubs outside of these hours will be subject to a fine of £50 per offence, which will be deducted from your damage deposit).
