Little Owls Nest is a beautifully designed property which is modern but also has many original features giving it a cosy and relaxing feel with solid oak wooden floors in the living areas. With underfloor heating.

We welcome dogs, safe enclosed field just for you to use, hens and ducks are behind strong fences, guests have said" its an amazing place, our dogs loved running around the field, the Barn is so clean too "

It's set well back from the road, access through shared drive, Little Owls Nest is a haven for wildlife, this cosy cottage will suit holiday makers who enjoy being surrounded by picturesque countryside, wonderful walking opportunities Great for families or couples with plenty to do close by and perfectly situated for exploring West Norfolk. We are wheel chair friendly too!

Why not visit the Queen Est at Sandringham only 20 mins away, lovely Hunstanton beach 35 mins away, there are many beautiful castles to visit just a few miles away, great shopping at kings Lynn and Peterborough. We have many local pubs and restaurants offering local grown food that tastes amazing. What ever the time of year a great day out is waiting for you to explore.

The cottage has a lounge/kitchen area with large screen TV, sky, DVD Player. Solid oak wooden floors, solid oak doors to all rooms, Under floor heating in all rooms, Kitchen has high gloss units, Dishwasher, Oven and Grill, Microwave, Fridge ,Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board, Washing Up Liquid, Cleaning Products, Cling Film, Baking Foil, Kitchen Roll, Equipment that would be needed to make a Birthday Cake and/or Christmas Lunch. Welcome Pack which includes Local Produce

Bedroom 1 has views of garden/field with lovely wrought iron double bed with chandelier, bedroom 2 has two single beds with chandelier , A shower room with a very large shower , Shaver Socket, fully tiled, Welcome Toiletries, Hairdryer, heated Towel rail, 2 towels per guest (not Beach Towels) ,Under floor heating in all rooms

We are dog friendly and we don't charge for dogs. We don't practice breed discrimination, we provide bowls, towels, throws ,poo bags ,dog treats, mat, enclosed field. Our Barn is absolutely gorgeous and just because we are dog friendly doesn't mean we are dog eared !!

Regrettably Wi-Fi is not very good at the barn due to it being in a Norfolk Not-Spot. If you need good internet access we suggest bringing a mobile dongle as access to 3G & 4G

Little Owls Nest is perfectly located for walkers, birdwatchers, nature lovers and cyclists. For cyclists, there is the added benefit of being on the national cycle route. A local pub is just 1 mile away from Little Owls Nest along with a local shop,resutants and takeways which are 3 miles away.

How do damage deposits work?
