The rest of this property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. There is an external utility. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with furniture. Limecombe is a perfect retreat for families or friends looking to explore the great outdoors.

Town: The small village of Simonsbath stands on the junction in the centre of Exmoor where the East-West, Exford to Challacombe road crosses the North-South, Lynton to South Molton road. The village consists of a number of properties scattered along the lanes from this junction. It is also home to the church of St Lukes, two hotels and Boeveys Tea Rooms. The area has several lovely walks especially down the River Barle which passes the southern edge of the village
