Ludwick House, is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Georgian house positioned along a private drive on Abbey Foregate, a short walk from the centre of the county town of Shrewsbury. Ideally situated for access to Shrewsbury Abbey, the famous Quarry Park, host to the Shrewsbury Flower Show and well placed for visits to the many surrounding attractions Shropshire has to offer.

We have created a beautiful ground floor studio apartment within the house which we offer as a fully furnished self catered facility perfect for long or short stays. The studio apartment has a separate, private entrance leaving guests free to come and go as they wish.

The accommodation offers a cooking area with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the equipment one would expect to find in a modern self catered kitchen.

The accomodation also offers an en suite bathroom designed to reflect modern tastes.

There is a relaxing lounge area with flat screen TV, dvd player, wide range of books, radio, free wi-fi, and a large L shaped settee which can be made into a further double bed on request.

The bedroom area features a superb SUPER KING-SIZE bed which can be also be altered to two single beds on request.

Private off road parking for up to 2 vehicles is available on site free of charge.

Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
