Luxury furnished apartment, close to the city centre and a stones throw away from the city shops bars and restaurants, and close to the local night life of the water front and vibrant bars of the north hill area.

you have a open plan living area ,comprising of a 3 seater leather sette and 2 seater

plus a decent size family bathroom with a corner bath and shower

The apartment in set in the heart of the city centre and is set in a newly converted old former boys school.

The apartment benefits from off-road secure parking. Wheelchair access into the building through private gates and doors.
The apartment is situated not far from the city centre .and has views over the river.
We have a wide range of past guests, varying from family after a short break to business clients from various company's ,including Plymouth theatre royal,Plymouth Argyle,Plymouth Albion ,naval families ,
A stones throw away from the apt is various access routes across the river gaining access across to cawsands and further down into to the Devon country side .of which has some of the best country side and beaches in the uk has to offer
Suitable for family's ,historic holidays,restaurants and city breaks ,long term rentals ,short walks to the city centre and the Plymouth hoe and barbican,off street parking provided,car not neccassary for city centre stays as the mall and all the shops is literally minutes away ,along with the barbican and Plymouth hoe etc and plymouths water front

the apt is a great place for a central hub for visiting the devon area or for some of the citys events that go on through out the year.
