Dolphins is a spacious detached bungalow with three bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 king-size double which can be split into 2 single beds, and a twin bedroom), a modern kitchen, a large bathroom with a bath and separate power shower. The large main sitting/dining room and conservatory look out on the lovely back garden. This is a quiet and private, area, ideal for rest, relaxation and sunbathing. The lack of stairs. easy access to all rooms and a secure back garden make Dolphins the ideal choice for the very young, old or those with mobility issues.

The beach is only 100m away where you can swim in the sea or walk along the shoreline.

The local fishing village of Pevensey Bay is only a five-minute walk away with all the amenities available including a wide range of excellent restaurants and pubs. Dolphins is an ideal choice for a family holiday. The high level of insulation and modern central heating keep Dolphins warm throughout the winter and make for an ideal relaxing weekend break out of the main holiday season. Gas Electric fresh cotton sheets and towels are included in the price. Set in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. we have off-road parking for 2 cars.

We are upset and disappointed by your comments, you appear to have conducted a very thorough survey of Dolphins. We have investigated your complaints and taken action to rectify any shortcomings. We pride ourselves in providing high quality, clean holiday accommodation...We have had a word with the spiders and they have agreed to move into the shed PS Before every rental-all the cotton towels and Sheets are washed and ironed. and all the floors and shower are steam cleaned The bath and shower mat were brand new. We also note, no mention of the extra FREE day you accepted from us, prior to your arrival.Bur hey ho Best wishes Mike and Jane Rham

lovely quiet location

Nice bungalow. Great location excellent for dogs as so close to the beach. Mike the owner was very welcoming and showed me around the bungalow. Great relaxing stay. The weather was good too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
