Description

***Please note: Work on the new Ocean Village building next to this building has now started. Construction work has been limited to 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 10am to 8pm at the weekend. The apartment is heavily soundproofed so I don’t expect it to disturb those in the apartment, and you would likely spend the day in the pool area which is far enough away not to spoil your enjoyment. I am bringing this to your attention in case you would rather look elsewhere, although I am sure you will have a pleasant stay if you do book with us.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Ocean Village, Gibraltar's top resort. The apartment comes with free access to the Ocean Village pools, jacuzzis and sun terraces which are set in relaxing landscaped sub-tropical gardens. This oasis of calm is right next to the marina with it's bars and restaurants and less than 5 minute's walk from the main town square at "Casemates".

The apartment is on the 4th floor and overlooks the marina with views towards the Spanish side of the bay. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning, and heating provided for winter months. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the middle bedroom has two single beds.

You will be met on arrival at Ocean Village by a representative from Chesterton, our local property manager, who will show you around the apartment and check you in with the resort security desk for access to the pools. Their office is located within the development and they will help you with any queries you have on the apartment during your stay.

For 2018 Ocean Village will be charging £10 per person for poolside passes. Please indicate when booking whether you will require these and they will be added to your quote.

Getting around

With Casemates Square, Main Street and the main bus station literally a minute's walk away, no car is needed when staying at this apartment. A space in the Ocean Village car park is however included, so if you want to be more adventurous and explore the surrounding Spanish region this is also possible.

Really enjoyed our stay here, loved the view from the balcony. Plenty of room and very well equipped. Great communication with the owner. The pool area was fantastic we especially like the quiet area. Close to all the amenities. Hope to return one day.

Just back from a 3 night stay at this stunning apartment. It has the WOW factor the second you walk through the door. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and if I come back to Gibraltar would definitely see if this was available again. There was 6 of us staying in the apartment with plenty of room for us all.
