King size bed, kitchen, sofa, large TV, dressing table, newly refurbished high spec with solid oak floor throughout.

En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Large private balcony to sunbathe and dine outside. Decking with glass balustrades, romantic mood lights and a heat lamp.

Great panoramic views and spectacular sunrises.

Pool, steam room & gym open from 8am-8pm

Hot tub closes at 11pm

Beautiful gardens to BBQ, relax and sunbathe.

Includes all linen, soft duck down duvet and pillows and thick fluffy white towels.

200 channel satellite smart TV, with free Netflix & Amazon Prime Video streaming.

The flat is located above the owners home. Your own private entrance door opens into a cloakroom, oak stairs (14 steps) then lead up to the flat.

There are also 2 holiday cottages that share the spa facilities:

"Swallows Nest" & "Badgers Den".

Welcome hamper including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, cakes, cider and a large bowl of fruit.

Everyday essentials: salt, pepper, cooking oil, tinfoil, cling film, ice, 2 loo rolls, kitchen towel and all cleaning supplies.

Located 8 minutes drive from Hastings, in the beautiful countryside of Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve, and just a 20 minute walk to the quiet beach of Covehurst Bay.

The area is officially the sunniest part of the UK, surrounded by green countryside, wildlife, plenty of beaches and all the amazing castles and history from 1066 Battle of Hastings (Norman conquest of England).

We are a quiet countryside retreat for holiday makers. Strictly no loud music, parties or events.

Why can't I call Chris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
