THERE ARE 2 TESCO EXTRA OPEN 24/24h AND 7/7 DAYS AT SHORT DISTANCE AS WELL AS THE FORGE RETAIL PARK AND SHOPPING CENTER, CELTIC STADIUM, AND OTHER SHOPS CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION. BUS STOPS ARE AT FEW METERS FAR AWAY TOO.

The Maisonette is split into 2 levels:
1st Level:
Porche entry with double door, hallway, kitchen, shower room with thermostatic shower, double bedroom, dining area.
2nd Level:
Accessible through a staircase, hallway, 1 double, where can be added a single folding bed and 2 twin bedrooms, in one of them can be added a 3rd single bed, shower room with electric shower.
The 2 shower rooms have 1 thermostatic and 1 electric shower so if they will be used at the same time there won't be any problem with the water pressure.
Everything is completely new! Very comfy and clean duplex. The property has been completely refurbished and furnished, works lasted 6 months and got it completed in December 2018

• DO NOT THROW PAPER TOWELS, COTTON BUDS, TAMPONS, OR ANY STRONG PAPER AND ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER, IN THE TOILET PAN TO AVOID ANY CLOG.
IF THE TOILET DRAIN PIPES WILL BE CLOGGED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING £ 200.00 OR MORE TO REPAIR IT.
