Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“BRILLIANT APPARTMENT” had a great stay in this fabulous apartment very comfortable lovely furnishings in fact everything you could want--great meet and greet --central location 3 minutes walk from station --very near pubs etc even wetherspoons for breakfast only 100m away --many thanks
“very comfortable” Just as described, comfortable, well equipped and right in the west end of Glasgow. Close to train, lots of busses, walking distance to some major museums, shops close by. Check in went smoothly, plenty of room for 4
“Great place, convenient to all” My husband had to work a week in Glasgow and this was a great, convenient place to stay. The layout is great with all rooms on one floor. There's a side yard that is quite useful if you have kids. I have two kids under 2 years old and the bus and train were at the end of the street.
As far as amenities, the place had a washer, dryer (which is rare), dishwasher and a bookcase of toys (very useful if don't want to lug your own toy box while traveling). Beautiful large windows overlooking greenery on all sides, very private. The darkening shades/blinds were great for the summer late hours of sunlight. Fully stocked cooking utensils and large fridge (another rarity). Grocery store less than a mile away and kids play gymnasium in next town over. Owners were quick to reply when we had questions and very pleasant to speak to in-person.
Will definitely stay here again!
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
“Excellent, comfortable, well equipped flat” This is an excellent, well equipped flat with easy access to Glasgow city centre. We picked up the keys from the concierge who then helped us to access the correct lift from the safe parking in the basement. Parking is at a premium in Glasgow so this was a welcome bonus. The flat itself is on the third floor in a modern complex by the River Clyde, well looked after, very clean and wonderfully warm - Glasgow can be a bit damp and chilly in the winter. If available when we next visit Glasgow, we will definitely book into here again.
“What a wonderful stay in Glasgow” The welcome and the hospitality of annie and Roger have been very warm.
Their house is realy fantastic with a so lovely garden and it is a nice place where to stay in Glasgow.
The neighborhood is warmful with many shops, pubs and restaurants not too far from the house.
The Partick station, 5 minutes walk from the house, with the possibility to take train, subway and buses is very convenient to move in Glasgow and all around.
It was a very pleasant stay.
