This 200 year old detached cottage has the best of both Worlds! Not only is it within the stunning countryside of the Exmoor National Park but it is just a short stroll along the river walk to Dulverton with it's country pubs, restaurants and shops. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Roomy accommodation and quirky charm is in abundance throughout stone building. The spacious beamed sitting room is furnished to a high standard in a traditional style with a leather chesterfield suite (sofa bed) centred around the large fire place with a feature log burner Flanking either side of the fire is a pair of stained glass windows which look stunning in the afternoon sun. In addition, on the ground floor there is a modern, well equipped kitchen/diner which takes advantage of the views from the patio windows over the small cottage garden. There is also a secondary well proportioned shower/WC. We have private off road parking for one car. Upstairs the double bedroom ensures a restful

It is ideal for couples wanting a quiet getaway but the accommodation can flexible to sleep up to 4 people with a range baby equipment also available.

Everything is prepared for your arrival including freshly laundered white cotton bed linen & towels. Electricity & supply of logs included.

The kitchen has ample cupboards, microwave, electric cooker and hob, extractor fan, fridge with small freezer, auto washer/dryer, a good selection of kitchen utensils & china ect.

The Bedroom has quality linen, throws & all seasons duvet,, ample wardrobe space, remote TV, teasmade with radio & iPod connection, hair dryer, single sofa bed & travel cot available.
