A ground floor cottage set in the town of Combe Martin in Devon, it can sleep nine people in three bedrooms.The Cabin is a ground floor cottage in the Devon village of Combe Martin. It has three bedrooms including a king size with an en-suite, a family room with a double bed and a triple bunk and an adult bunk room, there is also a shower room, it can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside sits off road parking for three cars and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn, gravel area and a decking area with furniture. The Cabin is a stunning cottage in a fantastic seaside village.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair. Stairgate for kitchen. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed garden with a gravel area, lawn area and decking with tables and chairs. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 minute walk, pub less than 1 minute walk. Beach 15 minute walk. Note: This property has the potential to sleep an extra 1/2 people on prior arrangement with the owner, please contact the reservations team for more information. Please note check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10am

Town: Located on the border between Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is the picturesque settlement of Combe Martin. This little seaside resort, with a wide variety of amenities, is a great attraction for locals and visitors, and is home to a very popular beach. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens close by, offering unique insights into local history. Woolacombe beach is close by and is an excellent place for surfing, whilst the South West coastal path passes within a mile for those who love rambling.
