Description

This newly renovated flat is in a beautiful grade 2* listed building in a quiet and peaceful area, yet within 5 minutes walk of Montpellier area, with its array of small shops, independent restaurants and bars.

The apartment is perfectly located for the Cheltenham Literature, Jazz, Music, Science Festivals, the Gold Cup, and is a wonderful base for exploring the Cotswolds.

The space

The apartment occupies the entire first floor of a 19th Century terrace, equipped for one to four people to stay.

There is free wifi and super fast internet connection.

The main room is very spacious and flooded with light through the three ceiling-to-floor windows, overlooking first floor balconies which offer views over the lawned communal gardens; there is a fireplace. The room has deep, comfy sofas, chairs for 6 people. A large Virgin Media TV and a dining table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-sized double bed and the other with super comfortable twin beds.

The bathroom has a bath with a luxurious over-bath shower.

The kitchen is small and fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Guest access

There is a designated car parking space for the flat at the front of the building.

The shared main front door leads into a communal hall way and wide stairs to the first floor lead you to the flat.

There is no lift.

Parking:

Lypiatt Terrace is quite large, our allocated parking is right in front of our apartment.

There is an A4 folder/ Guest Book in the apartment by the TV, containing emergency contacts, notes for manuals, maps and local information etc.

The apartment is less than 3 minutes’ walk to the nearest and nicest restaurants and bars in Cheltenham, and no more than 15 mins walk to Everyman Theatre, numerous shops, cinema, museum and etc.

How do damage deposits work?
