Description

Nethercote Cottage stands in the grounds of Seven Springs Cottages. It is one of six self-catering cottages offering excellent facilities for couples wishing to enjoy all that the Cotswolds and Cheltenham have to offer. It has a double bedroom, newly fitted bathroom and kitchen and a lounge/dining area with leather sofa and free-sat tv. Wifi is available and there is a pub just across the road. French doors from the lounge open to a patio overlooking the grounds and neighbouring fields. Close to the Cotswolds towns and villages. Great walking countryside with the Cotswolds Way on the doorstep.

“Lovely accommodation”

Near to Cheltenham but in the Cotswolds allowing easy access to this area. Well equipped cottage set in peaceful surroundings. The owners Marcie and Julian are a really helpful couple and Marcie welcomed us and showed us how everything’s works. Also gave information on local places to eat.

We were warmly welcomed by Marciie and shown to our cottage. There was plenty of space, all the equipment we needed, a comfortable bed and chairs. Lots to do nearby, both walks and places of interest. Priced competitively for a property in this area, I would highly recommend.

Situated just off main road to Cheltenham (10 minute drive) so was convenient for me to get to know the town and also to walk footpaths straight from the cottage including the Gloucestershire Way with fine views over the countryside. Plenty of helpful guides and maps in the cottage and advice from Marcie.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marcie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
