* There is a lovely large light and airy kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, full size dishwasher and washer/dryer.

* The spacious comfortable living room is equipped with flatscreen tv/dvd with Freeview, CD player, ipod dock, and has a lovely fireplace with real living flame gas fire.

* Upstairs there are two stylish bedrooms, a double bed in one and twin beds in the other.

* There is also a pretty bathroom with underfloor heating.

* Outside there is a pretty private patio area suitable for young children.

* Gas and electricity are included and good quality linen and towels are provided.

* Travel cot, high chair and stair gate are all available.

* Free WiFi.

Peaseblossom House is an excellent base in which to visit the fantastic Northumberland countryside whilst enjoying the benefits of a quaint market town.

We only have one week available for Summer 2018 which is from Friday the 24th to Friday 31st August, thank you.

We recommend that they visit the all the castles, beaches, gardens, pubs, and cafes which we are all so proud of in Northumberland. Relax and enjoy your stay. We stayed at Peasblossom House (August 2019) and we were very blessed with fantastic weather. The locaton of the house was convenient as it was within a 5 minute walk from the centre of Alnwick, and also within walking distance from Alnwick castle and gardens (10-15 mins walk). The beaches nearby were amazingly beautiful and clean and we are planning to return to Alnwick again soon next year. The owner of Peasblossom House made us feel very welcome and prior to our stay we were sent useful information and also during our holiday, very timely responses in relation to our queries. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and well stocked with equipment for our families needs. I highly recommend this property and location.

We have just spent a week in Peaseblossom House. It was a cosy base to explore Northumberland. There were so many thoughtful little touches, from the welcome pack to the bits & bobs jar in case we had forgotten to bring something. The wi-fi was excellent. Louise is a very considerate host and provided plenty of helpful information prior to our stay. The house is spotless - a credit to Mandy, who even texted to say it was ready early. The rooms are spacious and we loved the underfloor heating in the pretty bathroom. It is a short stroll into the town to restaurants and pubs. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We had a lovely time at Peaseblossom house. We booked the house to celebrate my Husband's 40th birthday and when we arrived we found a birthday banner, birthday card, a bottle of cava and cake. It was a lovely, clean, warm and cosy house which was very welcoming. We had a fantastic meal at the Treehouse in Alnwick Gardens and I would highly recommend that for a special occasion. There are handy Co-operative and Morrisons supermarkets within walking distance which was very helpful to grab the essentials for our stay. I wouldn't say the pubs are great in Alnwick but if you're happy to drive to neighbouring towns such as Bamburgh, Low Newton, Craster, Alnmouth and Embleton then there are some fantastic places to eat and drink in each town. We have not visited Northumberland before and I think we will certainly consider the area for future short breaks.

Just a note on the pubs, I'm not sure whether you tried the quirky John Bull Inn and the Tanners Arms in Alnwick, and the Plough in Alnwick has been taken over by the owners of that brill Craster pub apparently - I haven't been yet, but intend to visit soon. Oh, and the Dirty Bottles Tap Room is new (and good) too. I'm just wondering whether you missed the good pubs in Alnwick...I must admit that there are one or two which are disappointing. There are lots of reviews of pubs and restaurants in our guest books. I hope that the above info helps other guests who are thinking of visiting the region.
