Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Excellent venue, lovely rooms with plenty of personal space.” We wanted a cottage that our family could meet up in during this very strange time and boy did this exceed our expectation. What a lovely cottage, well equipped with plenty of space with views across the fields and hills that were stunning to wake up to. It had everything we could have wanted and made our stay even better than we could have hoped for. Great company, great venue, great time had by all .
“Wonderful great value holiday home - highly recommended” Wensleydale House is a great family house with lots of attention to detail and very welcoming and helpful owners just next door. There is loads of bedroom space, several bathrooms and easy parking for 3 or so cars, which makes a family group stay much easier! It offers terrific value for money for a 4 star-awarded holiday property. The location in Leyburn gives the best of both worlds - on the edge of the Dales with access to great walks but with the advantage of being in a market town with amenities, shops and good pubs/restaurants. Highly recommended.
“Excellent in every way!” Lovely, thoughtfully and very well equipped cottage. Spotlessly clean and cosy. Friendly welcome from the owners with beautiful freshly baked bread, cake, wine and even dog treats. Quiet location perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. No faults at all.
