“Wonderful place to stay” My husband and I returned today from Sweetslade. We spent a week there and were not at all disappointed with the accommodation. The fixtures and fittings are all of a very high standard and we were extremely comfortable. It is set in a very peaceful location and in no time at all you can be in the New Forest enjoying all it and the surrounding area has to offer. We were told the local pub , The Rose and Thistle, serve excellent food, however, we were unable to eat there as it was fully booked, so book early! We did however, eat at the Bat and Ball in Breamore, which had a good atmosphere and dished up very good food, excellently presented. If we decide to go to this area again we would not hesitate to stay at this property and would certainly recommend it to friends.

“An excellent place to get away and relax” A great getaway, very well laid out, spotlessly clean and very well kitted out. It's a lovely part of the world where there is lots to do nearby. The owner is wonderful, helpful but not intrusive. I would happily stay there again.
