“Great Property!!! Highly Recommend!!!” If you want a very clean property in a great location of town then this is your place to stay. Centrally located to multiple tube stations, shopping and great restaurants. My whole family was impressed at how much this felt like home. Bedrooms a little small but welcome to London. Nothing out of the ordinary. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Will stay there again!!!!
“Excellent location” Brilliant location, spotlessly clean and very roomy of Central London. Would definitely visit again.
Thank you for being accommodating in letting us leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Much appreciated.
“Perfect Location” We stayed here for 10 nights, it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal with Covent Garden Markets, convenience store and tube lines all within a few minutes walk. The apartment was extremely clean, the room sizes were great, heating was great and it was so fabulous to have a washing machine! The bathroom was a good size and plenty of hot water. Staff and management were friendly and helpful and the apartment was very secure. Would stay here again!
“In the middle of the action” The apartment at 6 King Street Covent Garden is only a 150 steps or so from the Piazza in Covent Garden and central to everything - about 5 minutes walk to Leicester Square and about 8 minutes to Regent Street, 5 minutes to Trafalgar Square so is in the middle of all the action Flat 2 is on the second floor and there are 57 steps to reach it. We enjoyed our 8 day visit, the bed was comfortable and the apartment nice and clean with a maid service included in the price. The equipment was a bit lacking - much of it was missing ie there were only two mugs and no cups for an apartment for four and there was no dryer as listed only a drying rack but washing did dry quickly on it. I would say they need to keep an eye on equipment and make sure they have quantities as listed on the inventory. They supplied dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher when asked. There is no problem with noise as referred to in a previous review - sitting in the lounge in the evening you can hear a little noise from the street but when you shut the 2 doors between the kitchen and bedroom it's like being in a quiet oasis of calm - admittedly sometimes in the night you might hear a clock chime but you are in the centre of London. If you are so sensitive a pair of silicone earplugs fixes this but we didn't use ours.
We were a little concerned sending 1200 pounds to Medworth Investments (we dealt with Sarah) but our security deposit was refunded promptly with no issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay in central London.

Charming studio very central
Loved it - great location and excellent value - a cosy, comfy apartment in an interesting Victorian building.
Superb central location in London's West End - within minutes walk of Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street, shops, restaurants, galleries, theatres, cinemas.... Great value, light & bright, very comfortable with all the basic amenities within the faded splendour of a friendly, Victorian mansion block. The arched street entrance with a pair of splendidly carved heavy wooden doors leads into an entrance lobby with marble steps and a tiny old lift with concertina gates. There is stained glass in the stairwell, and the apartment is high-ceilinged with intricate plaster moulding, and large windows (triple glazed). …
Apartment 2 Royal Ballet - 3 double bed apartment
We stopped in the apartment when our son ran the London Marathon, it's location was an ideal base for us. It was cosy, clean and comfortable and close to Covent Garden tube station which made it easy to get around London. It has the benefit of being on the doorstep of all that Covent Garden has to offer. …

Nice flat, great location
Just returned from 3 days in this flat. The location is very central, and whilst the building work makes it slightly harder to get to the flat, i didn’t feel it caused any notable impact on us, also as work was restricted to sensible daytime hours there wasn’t a noise issue, I think work started at 8am.
The flat is a very short walk to many of the key attractions in central London and the underground and bus routes. The flat is well furnished and equipped. It has a small but functional kitchen and good sized living area and bedrooms. Locally there is a good sized Sainsbury’s which helps with supplies and is about a 5 minute walk.
The flat manager was very helpful and helped us with our trip.
Overall if in London again for pleasure I would stay here again. …
Well located, well set up and functional apartment
First, the maybe not so good.. The apartment is on the first floor up a few steep stairs and some of the decor is a little tired. That’s as bad as it gets and the good outweighs it by a long way.
2 bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms - both small but perfectly formed. Good lounge, good sized dining room, big roof terrace and a small but functional kitchen.
The whole place was absolutely spotless... super clean and very well set up. Almost everything you could wish for in the kitchen, maybe a few more wine glasses would help. Shower gel, good towels and sheets, tea towels, all the cleaning materials you might need and more. Very thoughtfully done.
Handover was painless and the response to a problem with a smoke detector was quick even on the weekend. Very impressive.
I’d recommend this if you want to be centrally located in Covent Garden, can deal with a few stairs and don’t mind small bathrooms / bedrooms.
Great value for money. …
