“Simply perfect” If your looking for a perfect break with a stunning view, relaxation and somewhere cozy to enjoy the evenings then look no further, the lodge has everything you could want and need, set in a beautiful location with beautiful places to visit near by you won't be disappointed, couldn't have wished for anything better, clean , comfy, spacious and pleasant to deal with, best long wkend ever. Highly recommended puzzle woods too.

“1st class forest break” What an amazing little lodge in the heart of the forest. It has everything you could need and more with a touch of first class. Perfect location,stunning scenery and beautiful walks right on your doorstep. My dogs thoroughly enjoyed they're stay as did I, and the hot tub is an added bit of luxury which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I will definitely be returning soon. “An excellent break” We recently stayed for a week after Christmas and into the New Year at the Silhouette Cottage. In spite of the miserable weather we enjoyed a lovely relaxing break. We found the cottage to be warm, comfortable and well equipped- a "cut above the rest"! A short walk around this interesting village is to be recommended, as is The White Horse pub (almost next door) for the excellent food.
