“Lovely, roomy farmhouse with great views” Rented the farmhouse for 4 nights with a group of friends - 7 adults and 2 children. It was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious with big beds. The Wi Fi was good. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with and was prompt in answering all our queries. When i told her we would be arriving late in the night she kindly sent through photos of the roads and approach by the night - so we could locate the property very easily. The views from the farmhouse were amazing. And the children enjoyed looking at the sheep grazing in the farms. The wood burner was good and warmed the house. Would recommend the property

“Amazing stay” Wye Cottage is a beautiful converted barn situated just up the hill from Builth Wells. The location is stunning with views of the hills and countryside and the gardens to the cottage are vast and well maintained. The view from the hottub is second to none and the tub easily accommodates 6 people. We combined a relaxing stay with several outings, The Royal Mint was 1.5hrs away and Aberystwyth, on the coast, was just over 1 hr. There are plenty of walks near to the cottage itself which is also a must, just to appreciate the surrounding area. The cottage had all the amenities required and we ate in most evenings as there's a local Co-op in Builth Wells. All in all, a fantastic stay which we would all highly recommend.

“Fabulous” What a fabulous little gem of a place this is. We were recommended it by some friends of ours that had stayed there and we weren’t disappointed. Claire was very lovely and welcoming and the welcome pack of welsh cakes, fresh eggs and locally sourced raspberry lemonade she left for us was a lovely touch so thank you. We had a relaxing couple of days in a lovely setting! We would definitely return!
