“Perfect weekend stay in Brighton” We rented this lovely house for my sisters hen do and it was perfect for our group of 19. It was great to all be able to sit around the table in the kitchen for meals together. With the seafront at the end of the road and only a 10 minute stroll to the Pier it was an ideal location. Tim and Tina were very helpful and answered any queries we had so promptly. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

“Fantastic apartment - very clean” A wonderful week in a very clean, well furnished apartment. The added extras (flowers, toiletries, tea, coffee, etc.) made it feel like home from home. Julie and Bruce were very friendly & accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. A very peaceful location with easy and free parking - A bonus! Just a brisk 20 minute walk to the sea. Highly recommended.

“Dream Holidays” Apartment in a good place, with beach a 100 meters, supermarkets near, restaurants and pubs near, everything is near this apartment is central and decoration is very nice and pleasure. We enjoyed very much the apartment and all facilities give to us. Congratulations to Mr. Carl, that was very atentional with us when we asked somethings like a charger adapter.

“Beautiful flat in a great location” This is a beautiful flat,so light and airy and with a lovely open plan feel-the bathroom/wet room is to die for and the wooden floors and white walls give the flat a minimal, yet homely feel.Plenty of trendy `Brighton prints on the wall remind you where you are staying-and the flat is a 2 min walk to a bus stop which takes you into town. The parking was a big bonus too, for so close to Brighton centre. The cleanest holiday rental we have ever had, and we will be back again many thanksx

“Fantastic view” James, who owns the apartment, is great to book with and very responsive. The apartment is perfect for a stay in Brighton...fab view, super balcony, great location and a nice, light and bright space. There isn’t parking but we used JustPark app and found parking that was reasonably priced nearby. All-in-all a great find - thank you James!

“Perfect hen weekend” We had a great stay at Broomfield House for my friends hen party. Jill was really helpful both before and throughout our stay. She kindly signed for our food order (as we were running late) and also offered to arrange taxis for us for the weekend, to make sure we had the best price! The garden and kitchen were really great and where we spent most of our time. Would definitely book again!

“Relaxing stay in residential quarter” My wife, 3 year old child and I stayed in Stanley in August during the Olympics and we would be happy to recommend it to others. The house is literally a 2 up, 2 down and has a really comfortable, relaxed feel, we immediately felt at home. There were no intrusive signs with instructions, always a bonus! It's located in a residential area and will suit if you value additional space and facilities over absolute city centre location. The proximity of a large park with playground, gastropub and convenience store sealed the deal. As other reviewers have said, there's the small matter of a hill to negotiate so we used taxis a couple of times later in the evenings - a fiver for three of us. I found the owner to be extremely responsive and understanding as we booked late. We had one query on arrival which the owner promptly dealt with in person over the phone, so top marks all round.

“Just perfect,” Me and my friends stayed here for a short break and it was perfect! The Alice in Wonderland theme is fab and really adds some extra charm to the holiday. The house is right on the seafront, surrounded by restaurants and just a short walk into the main town and the lanes. Couldn't ask for better!
