“Beautiful House in a perfect location” We spent Christmas at the Parisien Parfumerie, a group of 13 (3 families) with a mixture of ages. The house was clean and very well equipped, bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The house is in a great location, short walk to Brighton Pier, The Laines & Brighton Pavillion. The property is also minutes away from a few local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Whilst there is no parking at the property we had no problem in stopping outside to unload and found free on street parking a 10 min walk away. The owner has been fantastic in providing good useful information and responded to our enquiry very quickly. We had a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful house and would highly recommend it for family get togethers.

“The best holiday apartment I've ever been” We spent a week in this amazing flat. As I mentioned above I have never seen spent my holiday in such a well-decorating, spotless apartment. The owners cared about every single details such as washing powder (even for children), wipes, cotton wool, puzzles, a great variety of plates and cutlery, spices. They welcomed us with flowers, good tea, coffee and biscuits. We travelled with a little baby, so they gave us a baby cot, a high chair and even a blender. Apart form that the apartment presents a simple but very pretty style. It's cosy indoor. We would love to come back there some time. P.S. We felt ther as it would have been our home.

“Most enjoyable” The Promenade was everything that the pictures showed. It was well equiped for a family stay in comfort. A home from home with excellent sea views,things to see and do and good shops only a short walk away, with the added bonus of weather as good as it gets. Who could ask for more, when you can sit out well into the evening on the patio to make the most of a lovely place.

“An Amazing Place in an Excellent Location; Highly Recommended” This lovely apartment is in a fantastic location, central for exploring all of Brighton's must-see places. The beach is literally across the road, the pier is a short walk away, the Lanes, North Laines and the Royal Pavilion are again just a short meander away. The marina is not too far, but if you want to hop on a bus or try the Volks electric train, then it just adds to the fun. Despite it's central location, the apartment was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this apartment and the owner was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Brighton. Wendy & Phil, Swansea.

“Outstanding - Views are stunning” We were really looking forward to getting away for a long weekend as lockdown eases. The location is amazing - The views from the apartment are truly wonderful. The promenade is right on your doorstep.The main shopping centre & Lanes are an easy walk away The apartment is well equipped & very clean. James (the owner) is really friendly & takes pride in making sure you have everything you need. You can call him whilst there if needed. He recommended a take away fish & chips & it was amazing. Had a great meal at the Salt Room which is less than a 10 min walk away. Really enjoyed our mini break & would certainly stay there again.

“Just perfect for our extended family holiday” Jill and Ben are excellent hosts and they made us feel most welcome in their home. The 'goodies' in the fridge - especially the Cava - were much appreciated after our journey. Broomfield House met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped; the long table was great for family meals, playing board games and colouring in books. It was also a real bonus to have two comfortable lounges, both with TVs. We were lucky with the weather so could make full use of the lovely garden: it was an ideal playing area for our grandchildren and for barbecues. The house is well situated. There is a very good bus service and we used it for hops into Rottingdean, Brighton and Seaford. We enjoyed an excellent curry from the takeaway at the end of the road. Sunday lunch, on the decking overlooking the sea, at the Smuggler's Rest was the perfect end to our holiday. 10/10 at the very least!

“location location location” I have just returned from a long weekend in Brighton staying in the fabulous Looking Glass Cottage. What a gorgeous place to stay, and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. To call it charming would be an understatement, it is literally like walking into a fairytale and the photographs online don't quite capture the magic. It is quite tiny though, but it adds to the character of the property. In terms of location, it literally could not be better. Bang in the centre of town you are spoilt for choices when it comes to eating, drinking and shopping. One of the best weekends ever and I would recommend highly.

“Perfectly presented and great location for a getaway” The Beach Hut apartment was beautifully maintained and really well equipped for our stay. Most things that we needed during the weekend were available to us and Fiona had also kindly provided a nice bottle of fizz; flowers and tea and coffee - all of which were greatly appreciated. It provided a great base for us to explore and although it is in Hove rather than Brighton, the bus and taxi links into Brighton were regular and cheap. There were 8 of us staying - the 2 main bedrooms were well equipped, although the day bed mattress was a little thing for one of the group and not having any curtains in the lounge made it difficult to get a good night's sleep for those on an otherwise gorgeously comfortable sofa bed so I would recommend an eye patch. The 2 bathrooms were lovely (important for 8 girls) and the kitchen was really modern and well equipped. Overall, we all loved this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Fiona was really helpful and flexible and made us feel very welcome.

“Amazing Penthouse with fantastic views.” My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay in this wonderful Penthouse. The photographs we saw beforehand do not do the apartment justice, it is absolutely perfect with breath taking views taking in Brighton and it's famous seafront. The penthouse is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, including lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. It is in a central location for either shopping or a few minutes walk to the beach. Despite the apartment being in a prime location, it was extremely quiet and we were not disturbed during our relaxing stay. On arrival we were met by James who is extremely amiable and really had thought of everything, to make our stay more enjoyable. The information booklet provided on arrival had everything we could possibly need to know about Brighton and Hove, including recommended places to eat out and visit. James informed us that we could contact him if we had any problems which was extremely reassuring, although we didn't need to take him up on his offer. It was our first visit to Brighton but it certainly won't be our last. We were taken aback by the friendliness of everyone we met and can definitely recommend this beautiful Penthouse. Thank you again James.
