“Weavers Cottage” Cosy, traditional cottage with all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. This was our second visit and it is a great base to explore Matlock Bath and surroundings. Superb value and good communication with the owner.

“Beautiful cottage with stunning views.” Sadly out trip was too short to this beautiful cottage so we are hoping to return later in the year for longer. The cottage was equipped with all you need and to a very high standard. We were very cosy during our stay. The views were stunning ( made even more so by the snow ) and the sheep even passed by in the morning to say hello. I would definitely recommend Spinney Farm Cottage. Thank You Norma.

“Perfect venue to make happy family memories” Just got home from a really great family weekend to celebrate 2 family 40th birthdays. The barn was excellent for us all, 2 families & me (Grandma).There were 4 children, all under 4, in our group & they really enjoyed sitting round the huge table together, & playing outside on the safe patio area with their scooters. My oldest grandchild was so pleased to be able to sleep in a top bunk bed at last.The barn was very clean & the beds so comfortable we all slept well. We were pleased to find that there were stair gates fitted which made us able to relax when the little ones were playing .Jayne was very friendly & was there to meet us & show us round & help us to decide which room would be best for the baby's cot. We were very pleased she had let us know about the road closure & had given us clear directions to find Bonsall. The six bedrooms meant we all had our own rooms & were not on top of each other, & the lounge accommodated everyone easily too. The village of Bonsall is beautiful & the autumn colours spectacular. The King's Head was very friendly, although we were a little disappointed that food was not served before 6.00p.m. which was too late for the children. The food in the Fountains Tearoom was delicious & the staff very friendly. We had a lovely brunch there before departing for home in our different directions. The area is fantastic for families & we enjoyed a day at Gulliver's Kingdom on Saturday. It was lovely to find a place large enough for us all to get together as this doesn't happen very often. We all rated the weekend a great success & would love to return again to Study Farm Barn in the future. Ruth
