Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Fantastic situation, fantastic, comfortable and spacious house.” Our extended family of 13 all loved our stay at this property. Amazing views, lovely walks, peaceful situation and a perfect house for a large group. Very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has almost every conceivable item of equipment. Lovely small enclosed garden with plenty of seating for eating outside. The owners have refurbished the property to a very high but informal standard making it very suitable for mixed age group.....in particular the large dining room (bigger than it appears in photo) became a multifunction room for playing games and drawing etc for the children. Just perfect. Lots of things to do locally and in the wider area. Barmouth is a lovely old fashioned seaside town about half hour walk away, Fairborne somewhat nearer. It takes around 25 minutes to drive to Barmouth because of the estuary. The owners are very helpful and pleasant to deal with....could go on but in summary we just loved it!
