This end-terraced fisherman's cottage is ideally located on the outskirts of historic Deal, within easy reach of the shops, restaurants, pubs and the shingle beach of this pretty Kent town. Well appointed throughout, this Deal cottage is ideal for families and friends looking to explore this part of Kent. Contemporary and stylish furniture gives the sitting room a modern but very comfortable feel, whilst the dining room takes you back in time with solid wood flooring, oak table and chairs and even an original oil lamp. Three steps lead you down from the dining room into the fitted kitchen. An exterior door takes you out into the rear garden. Both of the first floor bedrooms are large, but the master bedroom also benefits from a well proportioned en-suite bathroom. Outside this Deal cottage is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and outdoor seating, making this the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring castles and coastlines.

Why can't I call Xu (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Xu (the owner) a message.

If Xu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
