About the home

The Old Bakery Cottage is a very individual space, offering double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a very large Sitting/Dining Room with the ceiling going high up into the eaves, a fully equipped kitchen and private "Mediterranean" style Courtyard. The Sitting/Dining Room has a large stone feature fireplace, a large French refectory table that seats up to 8 people and a Sitting area with a 32" wall mounted plasma television. This is a perfect space for 2 people to really spread out and relax - unusual to have such a large living area in a Cottage for 2. There is then the option to take 2 further bedrooms (1 being a Suite with it's own Sitting Room), found through an interconnecting door. This makes the perfect accommodation for a party of 6 people to use on a self catering basis. The Suite is spacious with a large bedroom, large bathroom with freestanding roll top bath and a sitting room with fridge and wall mounted 32" television. The further double bedroom has an ensuite loo and basin and a very interesting square bath in the bedroom! All bedrooms have televisions, free wifi, hairdryers and anything we can think of to make your stay comfortable.

The property has its own private, enclosed, walled Courtyard. This serene space is a wonderful suntrap during the Summer. Planted with espaliade trees and roses - this Courtyard has a warm, Mediterranean feel.
