The old post box, set into the entrance pillar to the property, is a reminder that the cottage was once the village post office. chastleton is a great base from which to explore everything the cotswolds has to offer: the village is home to the grade 1 listed manor house, chastleton house owned by the national trust. The historic market towns of stow on the wold and moreton in marsh and chipping norton are only 4 miles away. Bourton on the water, chipping camden, broadway and burford are all within easy reach. Within chastleton there is horse riding and a iron age hill fort. the accommodation offers three bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 double and 1 twin (can be joined to form a king-size on request) bathroom: bath with shower attachment and wc.
