“Excellent Stay” Really very happy with our family break post lockdown. Great property, great location. One or two small niggles but we were the first guests staying after lockdown and certainly nothing at all that detracted from our stay. Johnathan was friendly and accommodating throughout also. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

“Great location” For our short weekend break the summer house met are needs perfectly, the down stairs bedroom with ensuite was great for my mum who hate stairs, being able to walk to the shops and pubs was more relaxing then having to drive,we walked to Hurst castle with stunning views of the needles, the next day we explored the forest which we know well ,would definitely recommend

“Sea House is a perfect location for Lymington and surrounding area. Quirky old building but with modern facilities.” Sea House is a perfect location for Lymington and surrounding area. Just a minutes walk from the busy high street with coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and small shops catering for all needs and a M&S food hall further up. It is just as close to the quay area with an Inn and coffee shop etc. and a little further away are the yacht harbour and further pubs and restaurants. The Georgian town house itself is a tall old house over three floors with the two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the top floor, All the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. It is best to try and remember to take what you need when going down to the well stocked kitchen on the ground floor as it a long way up and down again on the quirky sloping floors. The way from the house into the new kitchen extension is low in places and one needs to be carful to duck if one is over 6ft tall and the access to the easy to use and efficient washing machine and tumble drier in the basement is also very low. The most impressive thing about staying at Sea House is the way that the owner dealt with a problem with a blocked sink drain. Having informed him he arranged a plumber to come round without delay, and informed us when it would happen. As we were out at that time it was repaired without us being involved at all. Very good service. Overall Sea House is a delightful home to stay in, the facilities work well and it is perfectly situated for Lymington and the area.

“Perfect!” This accommodation is beautifully decorated & has everything you can think of, making it more like home. It is spotlessly clean. It was easy to book & Ella was available for any questions. No problems on arrival all the details we needed had been sent prior to our visit. It is situated in the middle of the High Street & has secure parking, which is great. Plenty of shops, bars & restaurants nearby. If you choose to cook then you have everything you need in the well equipped kitchen. It has a lovely terrace & we were very fortunate to have great weather during our stay, so made full use of the table & chairs! A much welcome bottle of Prosecco was waiting on our arrival, which was lovely. Thank you Ella, you have thought of everything for your guests.

“What A Lovely Find!” What a lovely B&B! It is tucked away in a small hamlet called Norleywod in the New Forest - very un-spoilt. Vanessa made us feel very welcome - we even found home made biscuits in the room which was welcome after our long drive - Norfolk! The accommodation was large, light and airy and even had a small kitchenette. The breakfast was amazing - the eggs were from Vanessa's childrens chickens and the bread I think home made - well it tasted like it ........... Add to this the beauty of the surrounding area, the ponies and the donkeys - a pub within a 15 minute walk - it was perfect and we will certainly be staying again.

“Super house with loads of room and fantastic garden” We stayed here to celebrate two birthdays and visit relatives in Lymington. We were 6 adults and three kids from 7 to 21 months. The house was perfect for all of us being big enough for a bit of privacy when required!! The kids loved the garden and the large number of toys. Our 7 year old went straight to the trampoline when she arrived and absolutely adored the swing on the tree. The boys found the toys irresistible and the big kids had fun with the football net! The house is well equipped with a lovely big kitchen and conservatory. Water was a bit eccentric but we got used to its vagaries and it caused no problems. The weather was glorious and the New Forest as lovely as ever. I only have one suggestion, with very small children it would have been good to have a gate and fence between the back and front. Our toddler is exceedingly fast on his feet and inquisitive and we had to keep a close eye on him in the garden in case he found his way to the road!
