“Well equipment large house, very well appointed” I stayed here with colleagues who were attending a course. A very interesting house that has been recently renovated to a high standard. Flexible accommodation that will suit large groups or perhaps a couple of families. Convenient, walk into the centre of Keswick and no trouble parking nearby. I'd love to come back to stay in the house for a holiday.

“Had an amazing long weekend - brilliant!” We chose this property because of it's size and location - big enough for for a large party of friends / family, very close to all the local amenities and in the center of the magical Lake District.... We were not disappointed,lovely big house with all you could need (including pool table), a very short stroll to all the lovely pubs, bars cafes & shops in Keswick, the park 100m down the street and Latrigg Fell beyond. Highly recommend this property.

“Wonderful property in picturesque Lake District setting” We spent four nights at San Ging in the first week of april 2014 and had a extremely enjoyable time at the property, and in and around Keswick/Grasmere/Windermere and beyond. Keswick is a very good base for the Northern Lakes. San Ging is an individually designed modern detached house located in an elevated position overlooking Keswick, nearby mountains etc. We can't use enough superlatives to describe the wonderful layout of the house - the views particularly from the lounge were stunning (in the evenings we spent more time looking at the views rather than watching the TV!). The fittings and furnishings were of a high standard throughout. The kitchen itself was impressive enough with its quality white goods; the utensils again were all of excellent standard. The bedrooms; the sun room etc - again all impressive. There was also plenty of parking space, including a double garage (something to appreciate when it comes to parking in Keswick town). This is a house you would be proud to live in, never mind use as a self catering base! The owner, Helen, was very helpful and gave 100% responses. All in all an impressive property that is a sure-fire winner.
