“A perfect property close to the beach” This is a delightful bungalow, very clean and bright with comfortable modern furniture. The enclosed, secluded garden is perfect for sitting in when the sun is out. It is situated a very short walk away from the sea wall which provides a safe, traffic free route to the village centre. There is a lovely sandy beach which provided a great place to walk at lower tide. The Hythe -Dymchurch Railway runs through the village and is a good way to see the local area without using the car. We found the whole of Romney Marsh an unusual and unique location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and hope to return again in the not too distant future.

“A big surprise - different - well worth a trip!” This fabulously furnished house very much enhanced our family get-together. Plenty of space in the living areas, meant we could all pursue our different hobbies without being on top of each other. Best of course is the sun room where we girls chilled out while the guys were creating a fab meal in the well equipped kitchen. Big thank you for letting us share your beautiful home.

“A PERFECT HOUSE FOR A GREAT VACATION” This is a first class home with extreme comfort. It is beautifully furnished.There is a spacious kitchen with all possible facilities. There is a separate dining room which was adequate for our large family. We enjoyed the well kept garden with afternoon and evening sun. We thought that the house was excellent for families with children. The house is well situated within walking distance of the beach. This home surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend it as a base for a great holiday on the Kent coast
