“A great location” My family had a lovely stay in the flat. It was ideally located only a 5 min walk from the beach, and 5 mins in the other direction to local shops, cafes, pubs etc. The flat was clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need from every kitchen utensil to toilet paper and even board games and a spare bucket & spade to cover anything you had forgotten to pack. Communication with the owners was excellent too and access made very easy on arrival.

“Perfect bungalow, Perfect location, Lovely owners, Perfect holiday.” Could not have ask for a better family holiday, The bungalow is perfect, immaculate, quite & cosy with lovely views of surrounding countryside. The location is ideal to explore the many stunning attraction of Dorset. The owners Doreen & Dennis are a lovely couple who will always stop for a chat and ensure you are having a pleasant holiday. On our arrival we were spoilt with a homemade Lemon drizzle cake which i must say is a contender for the " The Great British Bake Off. ' Delicious.. Anyway if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Dorset I would definitely recommend Highlea. Thanks again Doreen & Dennis see you soon, Jeremy, Prapaporn, Frankie & Oliver. x

“Perfect family holiday!” An amazing week staying at Beach View. Three generations of family celebrating a special birthday right on the Southbourne seafront. With fantastic views from the garden and upstairs balcony, the house is bright, airy and catered for our every need. Hilton, the owner, was so welcoming and it was evident that he genuinely cares that his guests have a fantastic stay. He helped us with any queries or requests we had and was readily available to help us out whenever we needed. The property is in an ideal location, away from hustle and bustle of Bournemouth, but easily accessible to all the surrounding areas by bus, which we used whilst the Air Show was on. Very much hope to return!

“cosy, clean and convenient” We had a lovely couple of days in Lyme in this cute little place. The bed was very cozy, the house was spotless, and a quick and scenic walk into town made it the perfect place to stay. Im sure we'll be back before long!

“Stay at Easter” The coach house has all the facilities that you would need for a wonderful stay. My husband and two dogs had an amazing time and the weather did not dampen the stay at all. We will definitely be back hopefully in the summer months do that we can make use of the fantastic garden which comes with the property. We went on some lovely walks near and the beach is brilliant for the dogs. If there was one criticism it would be there was no where to hang wet clothes but we did manage and it didn’t spoil out stay at all.

“Relaxing weekend in beautifully appointed property” The property was very well appointed, and ideal for our party of 3 adults. Good position within easy walking distance of both the village and its amenities and the beach. Try the bakery in the village - wonderful!

“Tincleton lodge” A very comfortable cottage in a quiet location. It was well equipped and had plenty of space for the eight of us. We followed the nature trail to a fab bluebell wood. Wareham is nearby so good for a trip out. Highly recommended.

“A charming yet 'spooky' corner of Dorset” 'The Chancel' is a conversion of a church which went out of service in the 1980's. You immediately get a sense of what awaits you inside when parking your car ... right next to a beautifuly maintained graveyard! The childrens' imaginations begin working immediately and their excitement is infectious. The interior doesn't disappoint, being very clean, well organised and homely, with original features such as stained glass and inscriptions being retained. There are two other properties in use - 'the Nave' and 'the Tower' - all part of the same building. The location is excellent for the beaches at Studland and Swanage, and medieval Corfe Castle is an easy drive away. There's lots of space for children and it's a great base for exploring Dorset. And you can explore the graveyard after dark...if you dare!

“Lovely cottage, great area” We stayed here as a family of four, with 2 young children. The cottage is large with a big garden and great views out over the fields and hills. It was really quiet there, didn't see any of the neigbours the whole week. The village is nice, there's a little playground around the corner for the little ones and the nearest beach (pebbly) is about 2 miles away, a nice cycle if you have one. We spent the week exploring the many beaches around there, took a trip to monkey world and kingston lacy (national trust). West bay, hive beach, lyme regis, castle cove near weymouth, durdle door, also had a great day paddle boarding at weymouth water sports near Portland. So location is great for seeing the stunning coast line. Cottage is well equipped, heating worked really well for cold evenings, it was well cleaned and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

“A lovely cottage in a perfect location” Me, my wife and our 4 year old son spent a lovely week at this cottage during the Easter holidays. The cottage is lovely, spacious and full of character with a large garden at the back. It is down a quiet road next to a huge field so is really quiet. The location is perfect for plotting day trips - you can go east to Poole, SE to Swanage, South to Lulworth and West to Dorchester/Weymouth extremely easily and quickly (approx. 20-25 mins). You can also go for some lovely walks in the fields and woods nearby and play pooh sticks just 1 minute from the front door. Our son loved it and it was just the perfect place to start and end each day of our holiday. Would totally recommend it.

“Superb cottage in excellent location” Absolutely fabulous cottage, very spacious, clean, well equipped and well maintained. The photos can' t do it full justice. Large rear garden with a swing seat in addition to table and chairs. The owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The village itself is very picturesque and the square had a bakers, post office, newsagent and a couple of nice cafes and pubs. We will definitely be going back.

“Home away from Home” Truly a cosy, warm and happy place to stay in. We were a family of 12, and stayed for a week. The rooms had different configurations of beds and it was very easy for us to fit large or small groups into them. The location is very convenient and the amenities were very well thought out. Very very pleasant owner who looked after our needs very well.
