“Perfect spot to enjoy the surf!” Great house and location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was a very easy walk to the high street and we were able to get to Towan in 10 min or less, Fistral in 20 min. Great to be able to just go for a surf, come in through the garage, clean up in the Garden, and keep all the boards and gear in the garage. Shaun and Tracey were amazing hosts, gave us all of the information we needed very timely and quickly responded when we had queries while there. We were a very large group, so it got a bit crowded around the dinner table, but that just made it more fun! For the avid cooks, there is a lovely kitchen but not a huge amount of pots and pans. We still managed to make some amazing meals all week! If you have a good group of people coming for some great surfing, this is the perfect spot!!!

“The perfect holiday house in Newquay” Amazing house in perfect location and great view. Couldn't ask for more. Had a wonderful half term holiday. John and Barb, thanks, it really felt like home. Can only dream what would it be like during the summer and 5 minutes walk from the beach/surf. Will definitely visit again.

“Perfect Large House in a Perfect Location” Beautifully appointed large house. 4 bedrooms all with adequate ensuites. Crockery and cutlery in abundance. Immaculately clean and plenty of cleaning materials left for us to use in these strange times. About a 15 minute walk to the long sandy beach but it is all up hill on the way back. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. We had a fabulous much needed family holiday for 6 adults and a dog and didn't once trip over each other. Views from main bedroom are amazing. Only downside was the curtains in the bedroom need to be darker mainly because of the street lighting.

“Awesome holiday” Edge 14 was the perfect places for me to celebrate my birthday with all of my friends!! Everyone came down to enjoy an activity packed 5 nights in Newquay, getting stuck into some surfing, paint balling and partying hard on newquays biggest bar tour. What an epic pad to stay at, with every couple having their own room! The house was ultra modern with all the high tech gadgets any man would love to play with! We enjoyed many hours drinking bubbly and beers in the hot tubs and were able to relax in front of the tv in the comfort of our 'own home' after our days out. Will 100% be back for next year - absolutely loved the place!!
