Stunning contemporary luxury spacious new build house overlooking River Camel in central Rock. Sleeps 8 adults + 2 children in 4 bedrooms , 4 luxury bathrooms, designer interior furnishings, contained garden, parking. Stay at Gull Rock and you will have the best location in Rock in stunning comfort and style.Close to passenger ferry to Padstow, sailing, water skiing, fishing, sandy beach, restaurants, shops. Hire Linen and Towels for 8 guests are included for peak season lets, but are charged at £18 per person for mid and low season rentals. If you require the 2 extra truckle beds there is a housekeeping charge of £100 per person for the extra 2 beds. Dogs welcome (max 2) by prior arrangement and additional fee of £50 per dog, per week.
