“Excellent apartment” This is an excellent apartment that is perfectly situated and very well equipped. It offers lots of space for a family of six including two kids parents and grandparents. The only negative criticism is it can be noisy early morning with deliveries to shops and a pub We will certainly look to book it again

“Perfect!” We absolutely loved staying at Looned Dunes. The holiday home itself was immaculate, with everything you need for a stay and more. The beds were really comfy and the shower in the master en suite was so luxurious. Everything was thought of - from snuggly blankets in the lounge, to games and toys that my 5yr old loved. The site itself is beautiful - my only slightly negative comment is the lack of choice in the cafe - but I understand this is mainly self catering and the pub next door has a bigger menu. We will definitely be returning when we can.

“Weekend Retreat” We had 4 people in the party and were delighted to find such spacious accomodation to an extent that no one was ever in the way of anyone else. The cottage had everthing that we needed in every department to make the stay a comfortable,warm and cosy one and it was so centrally situated that we were able to make full use of the pool, pub and restaurant with ease. We even managed a stroll on the lovely beach. We will definitely return to repeat this fabulous experience.

“All we could have asked for and perhaps a little more!” My sons (14 and 12) had a fantastic 4 nights in this gem of a home within easy walking or cycling distance of York city and it's delightful sights and places to visit. Caroline has thought of all the lovely touches that make a holiday house 'home' and was quick to respond to all questions or queries. The neighbourhood had everything we needed and as we took our bikes we didn't use the car during our whole stay. We felt very safe and everyone we met both in the city and neighbours who lived in the street were very friendly and welcoming. We would all highly recommend this holiday home and would love to return some day!

“Perfect Cottage” We stayed for 3 nights in November and from the first moment we walked in we could see what a beautiful place the cottage was. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated with lovely character features, we felt home straight away. The location for exploring North Yorkshire is great, and being right on the canal is ideal for a walk along into Skipton. I would definitely recommend Lutinbell Cottage
