“Wonderful location” Only a five minute walk down into the town (ok -ten minutes coming back - but it was uphill!) and a lovely view of the Abbey as you were walking down. Everything in close proximity, with a secure space at the apartment so you could forget about driving and parking. Take the tour bus and be amazed when it stops outside Union Mill as a place of historical interest! Everything you could need in the apartment. And thank you for the welcoming bottle of wine.

“Great Apartment” Wonderful apartment with secure parking. All facilities you could need in the apartment which was also very clean. “Excellent apartment in the city center overlooking the river.” This is a first class apartment in the center of York. Everything needed was supplied and the owners kindly provided a starter pack of essentials and some nice extras which were greatly appreciated. Communication with the owners could not be faulted and we were greeted on arrival and shown round the apartment. Parking is in a designated space which is bonus in a city center location. Despite the close proximity to the city the apartment was extremely quite with no noise from outside or other residents in the block. We have stayed in a number of apartments over the years and can genuinely say this is one of the best we have stayed in. Thanks to Sue and John for your hospitality.

“Brilliant apartment, very clean, good value and great central location.” We stayed in this apartment for two nights in November and it was perfect. A really great find. The communication from the owner was brilliant after booking. The apartment was very central and very clean and all the furniture was good quality. The owner had left breakfast things, cakes from Bettys tea room and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge- all as extras which was so nice of her. I would highly recommend this apartment. We will be returning soon I'm sure. Many thanks.
