“Enjoyed our stay” Lovely appartment, clean , comfortable, warm & homely . It has everything you need. The Bay is a lovely site and this was my fourth stay.

“Great stay” We spent 3 days at Buck Place with our 3 year old & 6 month old. The house was great, lovely decor & furnishings and well equipped. Lovely outside space with a bench & table & chairs to sit out & enjoy the weather. We used the BBQ two of the three nights. Communication with the owner was clear & easy. The location is great, just outside of Filey, only a few minutes by car. The Bay is a nice resort, lovely and quiet. The pool was a great added bonus that our children loved. There is also a playground that was a big hit too. Su has though of everything to make it a comfortable stay and we’re already looking at dates we can visit again.

“Wonderful Cottage - Wish it was mine!” Our second stay at Yew Tree Cottage and just as great as the first. The owners really have an eye for decoration, it feels so cosy and homely. Great Location, near to York but still in a lovely small village with a fantastic pub on the door step (if your visiting the pub for food at the weekend remember to book!). We leave Yew Tree Cottage already planning our next visit. We will definitely be back.

“Cosy and friendly” We booked the 2 cottages and they removed a door to make them straight through. The cottages had everything we needed and was plenty of room.yes they need a lick of paint and a tidy up but apart from that they are lovely. A 20 minute walk takes you into Whitby. It's about 6 pound to get back by taxi. I would recommend for families and would book again.

“Lovely stay” Stayed at the Harlequin mon-fri with my dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly want , the owners really have thought of everything. My dog is blind so the open plan living area downstairs was perfect for him. Bit of a steep walk down to the beach and 50 mins walk into Filey but it's a lovely peaceful walk and me and Bailey loved it. My daughter and little grandson came to stay one day and overnight so the travel cot and highchair were very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

“Superb accommodation” Stayed here for our annual family weekend get-together (6 adults & 2 children) and found the property spacious, clean, warm and extremely well equipped. The Bay is a great base to explore from or just chill out.

“Excellent!!” Very bright & comfotable, Tracy went out of her way to make us feel welcome inc gifts for my young grandaughters which was a great start to their holiday. The welcome pack was much appreciated, Tea bags, coffee, chocs, wine & much more. Very unusual to find dressing gowns & slippers in a static caravan & all the beds were made up & very comfortable. Highly Recommended.

“Fab little place” We booked our overnight stay last minute in February half term and we weren’t disappointed!! The apartment was perfect for what we needed, and to be honest I could’ve stayed there a few more nights. It’s about a 2 minute drive into Whitby and if we’d stayed longer and the weather was better we would’ve walked. The apartment was clean, tidy and well set out. There’s a view of the abbey from the living room and bedroom windows. There’s a Sainsbury’s and Aldi at the end of the road which was ideal. I wouldn’t hesitate to book in here again.

“A real gem!” We had a wonderful stay in Flossie. The van is clean, comfortable, well equipped and really spacious. The heating is excellent too! Having 2 toilets is also very convenient especially if you are holidaying with friends. The van is on a lovely small site that is well served by a little shop, launderette and cafe and there is and excellent pub just a short stroll away. The site is in an great location between Whitby and Scarborough and from Flossie's lounge you can see the sea. The site was quiet when we stayed, which was just what we wanted and I imagine it is generally a quieter site even in high season. There is great WiFi connection in the van and a huge range of DVDs provided, but with a toddler on holiday too they weren't needed as CBeebies was the channel of choice!! We were reluctant to come home and will be booking again. Thanks Paul...you have a fantastic van!!

“Great cottage fantastic location.” Greeted by the owner, full of information, very friendly and helpful. welcome pack awaited us on arrival. lovely cottage fully equipped, probably more kitchen items than most of us have at home. climbing frame for children in garden, luckily we had glorious weather, but there was a fully equipped games room for wet days. everything worked and it was spotlessly clean, Would gladly go back if the need arose. Nice quiet location, good walk into Goathland once you find the way.

“Fantastic!” Spacious, warm, comfortable and beautifully presented, with everything you could wish for in a first class holiday cottage. We cannot praise it enough. “So good we booked it twice!!” My wife and 5 friends booked the lodge as there annual get away last week end. They have a lovely time Laurie and his family are absolutely lovely, so helpful and always available to assist. In fact my wife left a Christmas present bought at the Christmas market in the bedroom we rang him and it arrived first class today. With no cost to us. Thank you Laurie !!! The brand new massive hot tub went down a storm for my wife and friends. Which was great unfortunately when we went the old hot tub broke but Laurie had no issue providing a very fair discount and refund. The lodge is open and well laid out, beds and comfortable and each room has an en-suite. The Lodge is well equipped and the farm animals right outside are great for the kids. For our biking weekend it was perfectly located on the cinder path and within easy walk of Whitby or £4 in a taxi after a lovely night out!!! I am sure that both my wife and her friends and myself and friends will be returning....... Look forward to the new hot tub Laurie!!!

“Lovely Cottage” We had a lovely stay in the cottage with our grandson. Everything you needed was provided. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. There was also a vey nice play area to kick a ball around which had a slide and climbing frame. Perfectly situated so you had peace and quiet but very close to Whitby and Scarborough.
