“This was really good, if not perfect” what a great stay we had in one of Nicky Woods beautiful log cabins in Pewsey. We were with 4 people, 2 adults & 2 kids so the spacious bedrooms were great. Also having 2 bathrooms is excellent. The kitchen and livingroom are big and the whole place is nicely decorated. We felt at home right away. Although it was october we had some nice & sunny days, also some cold and rainy nights. No worries there either. The cabin was warmed up to a cosy place really fast. The cabin and surroundings with the water in front and the Canal nearby are really worthwhile. This, together with beautiful Pewsey Vale and the many sights to visit made it one of the best weeks we ever spent in the UK.

“Great house in super relaxing location.” Access was very easy. The converted barn was very open and made for a friendly atmosphere. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cottage was very well equipped with washing machine, dryer etc and warm dry spaces, useful for days of bad weather. The underfloor heating and double glazing was so effective that in terrible weather it was enjoyable to sit inside and watch outside. Deer visited the garden. A great place.

“Mrs” Our party of 5 had a very pleasant couple of days at Jobs Mill Cottage. The owners Iain and Silvy were very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a nicer setting. It was the epitome of everything English. Would definitely recommend. Only fault was upstairs toilet took a long time to flush and downstairs toilet was a bit wobbly. Thanks for a memorable visit.

“Superb Accommodation and setting” We had a fabulous weekend at The Milk House with six adults and two teenage girls. It was was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. All the linen smelt lovely and fresh. Rebecca was a warm and friendly host; generously allowing us to help ourselves to flowers and veg from the garden. We all felt very relaxed and extremely comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the large kitchen where there was a good supply of crockery, utensils and condiments making it a pleasure to feed our crowd. The views of the woods and garden were most enjoyable. I only wished we had stayed longer, it was hard to leave and we all want to go back again.

“Recommend this as holiday cottage” Cheyne Cottage was an absolute pleasure to stay in . It has recently been beautifully converted into a holiday cottage with a friendly feel. As a family group of 4 adults and 2 kids it was perfect for us. The whole place feels loved and cared for, with a good, practical lay out and a lovely, well kept garden - perfect for our evening barbecue and a family game of badminton. As well as supplying all the equipment we needed for our stay, the owners provided thoughtful extras such as a football and badminton rackets, fresh flowers on the dining table, and wine in the fridge on arrival. We used Cheyne Cottage as base for a weekend at Longleat Safari Park. I would recommend this cottage to everyone, it's a lovely place to stay.

“Breathtaking” We stayed at Grovebarn in late January for a long weekend. Giles & Fiona had recommended the barn as an alternative to their other lodges that were booked on the dates we required. The barn was out of this world. Beautifully presented in an idillic location. Touches like fresh eggs from their hens along with the essentials, made our stay that little more memorable. Giles & Fiona provided great communication, with recommendations of what to see and do. We could not fault a thing about our stay and will most defiantly be returning. This barn has everything you need for a holiday break away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Great pubs and restaurants near by, with a short bus ride into Bath town centre. We spent most evenings in front of the wood burning fire after long days taking in the sites of Bath. This barn has beautifully decorated bedrooms all on suite, with a split level lounge area. The upper section of the barn, perfect for relaxing whilst looking over the town, with the lower floor, with a dining area and TV room with access directly onto private grounds, including private parking.
